Please note: pre-designed images will only be accepted at the shop's discretion. Artwork provided must have been done so with the artist's consent and will only be allowed one print.
Because of the nature of the product, even full-image mugs will have about half an inch of white on either side of the handle.
Any design done by the shop will have a proof done before printing is completed, which must be approved by the buyer before it can be finished.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
